Well, in this post I’ll be explaining to you why heavy weights alone can’t and what exactly does make a woman appear big, masculine and bulky.
Well, ladies should not be getting worried about getting bulky and big from training and lifting heavy, and when I say lifting heavy, I do not mean you are going to deadlift 150 pounds.
When I say heavy, I mean you deadlifting two to three times your entire body weight, squatting double of your whole body weight with free weights and using big Olympic barbells.
And something you as a woman need to be conscious about is that you do not possess the hormones and muscle fiber density that is required to become huge and bulky.
If you took advantage of say seven to eight years vigorously busting your ass and back to back deadlifting three hundred to four hundred pounds as a lady and successfully put on twenty-five pounds of muscle on your body you still won’t be big and bulky, you’ll still look thin if you didn’t have much fat.
But the reality is that 25 pounds of muscle on your body frame will make you burn a lot more calories, it will double the normal amount of calories you burn on a daily basis if you are active.
Which means you will need twice as much food every day, twice as much chocolate, twice as much ice cream, and twice as much cheese cake just to maintain your body weight.
If you think a lady is huge and bulky, there’s almost a one hundred percent chance that she is on anabolic steroids. In case you do not know what anabolic steroids are, they are male sex hormones, and accordingly, if a woman injects various amounts of male hormones into her body, of course, there is a huge possibility of her developing a masculine look,
That is exactly what male hormones do; it should not come as a surprise to anyone. So when you see a woman who looks masculine and bulky, she’s apparently dosing herself with testosterones or some sort of testosterone derivatives and her testosterone levels might be four to five times higher than the average man. And that’s how some ladies attain that huge, gigantic and masculine appearance, lifting heavy weights alone can not do it.
